Holiday lets. We offer an expert holiday let changeover service. We are flexible so we can fit in your changeover dates when required, even at weekends and bank holidays. Below is a list of services we can offer to support your property-

• thorough clean of property
• strip, and make beds
• load/empty dishwasher
• organise cupboards (linen, kitchen etc)
• prepare fire
• restock cleaning products
• restock welcome packs- tea, coffee etc
• report any breakages/damage
• change bulbs
• we will leave your holiday let ready for your next guests

We currently do not offer a 'pick up-drop off' laundry service. However, we can do laundry 'in house' or help you arrange a service with one of our recommended launderettes local to you who will pick up dirty laundry and deliver freshly washed and pressed for the next changeover.

How we charge...

We offer a fixed price per visit, based on the requirements and size of the property. Please enquire for a free quote.
